U.S. Forces in S. Korea Plan to Stage North-targeted War Maneuvers

Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- The Second Division of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea plans to stage an aerial assault drill for surprise attack on the DPRK in the area of Tongduchon, Kyonggi Province from Feb. 25 to March 8.

It was reported that the drill would be staged under the command of inspectors from Georgia State, the U.S.

The U.S. imperialist aggressor forces staged a guided shell defense drill in a joint combat area on Feb. 1 in a coordinated operation with the south Korean puppet forces.

The U.S. imperialists are escalating the "sanctions" racket against the DPRK through war maneuvers for aggression despite protest and denunciation at home and abroad.
