WPK Delegation Leaves for Russia

Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, left here for Russia on Thursday to attend the 15th Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
