Minju Joson Denounces S. Korean "Defense Minister" for Reckless Remarks
Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- Kim Kwan Jin, "minister of Defense" of south Korea, was recently reported to have cried out for "getting ready to beat the north at the initial stage of war and cut off its windpipe through missile strikes when the north provokes." He let out these outbursts while examining "military targets of the north" for a missile unit of the south Korean puppet army and its operational plan.

Minju Joson Thursday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

Kim Kwan Jin is getting frantic with the moves to ignite a war against the north, letting loose a spate of reckless remarks. This is an intolerable act of treachery to plunge all Koreans into disasters.

The south Korean puppet regime is not in a position to fight a war against the DPRK as it is controlled by the U.S., which dares not provoke the DPRK. For the south Korean warmongers to try to beat the north reminds one of a puppy knowing no fear of the tiger.

Bellicose remarks made by Kim, unable to face up to the trend of the times, are aimed to rev up the sagging morale of the soldiers of south Korea and ignite a war against the north at any cost.

The Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in south Korea had better cool their heads heated with war hysteria and behave themselves, the commentary warns.

If they ignite a war against the DPRK despite its warnings, its army and people will deal merciless blows at them and win a victory in the great war for national reunification, the commentary concludes.
