Pyongyang City Seized with Welcoming Atmosphere
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- Pyongyang citizens Wednesday enthusiastically welcomed those scientists, technicians, workers, soldier-builders and officials who arrived in the city with their pride of having contributed to the successful 3rd nuclear test.

Along the route extending several kilometers, many citizens, including schoolchildren, gave warm welcome to them, offering bouquets and flowers and chanting "Welcome" and "Congratulations".

A nuclear scientist told KCNA that it is unimaginable for them to get such welcome, saying they just did what they should do.

Jong Ki Yong, a 40-year-old woman living in Sosong District, said:

"There is nothing to spare for them. I extend heartfelt congratulations to them, laudable sons and daughters of the country."

Han Si Jun, a 53-year-old man, said:

"The contributors to the nuclear test all deserve to be praised as great heroes of the country.

Their style of work serves as an example for all other people to follow in the efforts for the nation's security and prosperity.

I will devote my all to glorifying the country as they did."
