Pyongyangites Welcome Nuclear Developers
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- Nuclear weapons developers who took part in the third underground nuclear test arrived in Pyongyang on Wednesday, being accorded warm welcome by many citizens.

Choe Jong Guk, a Pyongyang citizen, told KCNA:

"They (nuclear developers) are heroes of the nation as they responded with successful nuclear blast to the U.S. and its followers' violation of the DPRK's legitimate right to peaceful satellite launch.

It was not many days ago that the scientists, technicians, workers and officials who contributed to successfully launching the satellite had enjoyable days in Pyongyang. This time, the nuclear developers have come to Pyongyang.

Now I think the day will soon come when units of the Korean People's Army will march past this route with a shining victory in a sacred war for national reunification."

Kang Ryong Su, an officer of the Korean People's Army, said:

"The successful 3rd underground nuclear test has greatly encouraged the local people in the onward movement to significantly celebrate the 65th DPRK birthday and the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Korean people in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Those contributors to the nuclear test are true patriots to be loudly praised by the nation."

Hwang U Gil, a doctor of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, said:

"The U.S. and its followers would be offended to see them (nuclear developers) being welcomed enthusiastically in Pyongyang.

It is the DPRK's steadfast stand to press ahead with the building of a prosperous and powerful country on the strength of self-reliant nuclear deterrent.

If the U.S. and the south Korean group of traitors dare ignite a nuclear war against the DPRK, its army and people will never miss the chance to wipe out those provokers with merciless deterrent and other powerful weapons of Korean style."
