DPRK's Nuclear Test Is Product of U.S. Hostile Policy: Vishwanath
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- Vishwanath, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, expressed support for a statement issued by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry as regards the 3rd nuclear test conducted by the DPRK to cope with the hostile actions of the U.S.

He said in a statement on Feb. 13 that the DPRK's success in the nuclear test serves as an important occasion which demonstrated the national power and independent principle of the DPRK once again to the world.

The nuclear test of the DPRK is entirely attributable to the hostile policy of the U.S., he said.

He noted that the UN Security Council's "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK cooked up by the U.S. and its allies is a wanton violation of the sovereignty of an independent state and a hostile act against it.

The U.S. would be well advised to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK, not making much fuss about its nuclear test, he said.
