The letter branded the decision made by a court against Ro Su Hui, vice-chairman of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, and its secretary general on charges of violation of the fascist "Security Law" as an evil action taken against all people struggling for the peaceful reunification of Korea.

It demanded the south Korean authorities immediately set free the vice-chairman and all those imprisoned for their struggle for country's reunification and abolish the SL at once.
