Aung Thein Lynn, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar, said that Kim Jong Il, who successfully carried forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung, thoroughly applied the idea of the President to the revolution and construction, developing the Workers' Party of Korea, state and army into those of the President and putting the dignity of the nation and national power on the highest level.

Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, noted that Kim Jong Il underwent all difficulties, which no one experienced, for prosperity of the country and happiness of its people and passed away on a train while making a tourney for field guidance till the last moments of his life.

Yehia Zakaria Khairullah, chairman of the Egyptian Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said: Kim Jong Il is alive in the hearts of us as he defended the peace in Asia and the rest of the world and led progressives with the treasured sword of justice and invincible Songun politics.

Yousfe Al Amiri, chairman of the Kuwait-DPRK Friendship Association, said that Kim Jong Il successfully led the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence by creditably carrying forward the independent idea and line of Kim Il Sung.

Thanks to the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il the DPRK turned into an invincible political and military power, an impregnable fortress in which the leader, party, army and people form a harmonious whole, the chairman stressed.
