Successful Nuclear Test Lifts Morale of DPRK People
Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- The news about the third nuclear test in the DPRK is stirring up the morale of its servicepersons and civilians.

The test displayed the pluck and will and inexhaustible strength of Songun (military-first) Korea, a general officer of the Korean People's Army said.

Describing it as a special event of weighty significance in the history of the Korean nation, the officer, Tong Tae San, told KCNA:

"The successful nuclear test has further developed the KPA into an invincible army with powerful deterrent, and the world came to clearly see what provocation to the dignity and security of the DPRK resulted in.

The enemies' increased pressure will only incite the DPRK's repulsion and harden its people's will for retaliation. This was evidently proven by the DPRK's diversified nuclear deterrence."

Kim Kyong Su, a section chief of the Central Statistic Bureau, said:

"The glad news made me naturally shout 'Hurrah' and 'Long live respected Marshal Kim Jong Un!'

I feel strength and confidence that my country will emerge victorious as it is led by Kim Jong Un.

We have nothing to be afraid of. Now is the time to settle accounts with the Yankees.

The United States should ponder over the tragic consequences to be entailed from its wrong choice."
