Day of Shining Star to Be Commemorated in France

| Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for commemorating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed with due ceremony in Paris on January 24. Andre Aubry was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events including meeting, seminar, lecture, photo exhibition and film show between January 25 and February 16. |
