Day of Shining Star to Be Commemorated in Brazil

| Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA) -- A Brazilian preparatory committee for commemorating leader Kim Jong Il's birth anniversary (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Brasilia on Jan. 22. The national coordinator of the Genuine Democratic Movement of Brazil was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful politico-cultural events, including seminar, lecture and film show, on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
