The meetings discussed the tasks to be carried out by the organizations to devotedly implement the important tasks set forth by the dear respected Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.

Reporters and speakers at the meetings underlined the need to conduct dynamic political work and mass movements for glorifying the undying feats of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for all ages and bringing about a drastic turn in building an economic power and improving the people's standard of living.

They called for putting agricultural production on a higher scientific and intensive level, doing all farm work tenaciously, launching socialist emulation for increased production and mass movements, thus certainly attaining the goal for grain production for this year.

They also underscored the need to increase the production in the sectors and units that have a direct bearing on the people's livelihoods and positively organize do-good-thing movements to suit to the units' specific conditions.

They said the union members should make positive contributions to glorifying this significant year as one of great victory, creations and changes true to the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
