DPRK's Stand for Reunification Supported by British Organizations
Pyongyang, January 14 (KCNA) -- British organizations made public a joint statement on Jan. 4 supporting the statement released by a spokesman for the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.

They were the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association.

The south Korean Lee Myung Bak regime drawing to its end kicked up an extreme racket for confrontation with the DPRK from the very beginning of the year, crying out for preserving the "northern limit line," the joint statement said, adding it is intolerable.

The south Korean puppet regime is an unpopular one that completely lost the trust of society as it is dependent on foreign forces and a marionette dancing to the tune of the U.S. imperialists, it noted.

Insistence on the illegal "northern limit line" would only escalate confrontation, said the statement, calling for throwing into a dumping ground of history the Lee Myung Bak regime that has done tremendous harm to Korea's reunification during the five years of its office.

A spokesman of the NDC of the DPRK said it is the demand of the times because only when the group of traitors is eliminated is it possible to ensure stability in south Korean society and bring earlier the day of reunification, the statement noted.

It expressed solidarity with the stand of the DPRK to make a clean sweep of the traitors and achieve national reunification without fail.
