He formulated the revolutionary ideas and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il as Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and Kim Jong Il's patriotism and clarified his invariable will to pursue the Songun politics in a series of speeches and works published at the celebration of the Day of the Sun and the banquet given on August 25, the anniversary of Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership.

We extend warm congratulations to KPA Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un, who is praised as a worldwide leader and the most famous man and sincerely wish him good health and the Korean people peace and prosperity.

Kim Jong Il Library of Ecuador and the Ecuadorian Group of the Young Soldiers of Juche said in a joint statement:
