S. Korean Regime's Confrontation Moves Flailed
Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- The dear respected Kim Jong Un's New Year address instilled all Koreans at home and abroad with hope and confidence in national reunification.

However, the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in south Korea is making desperate efforts to stop the nation's advance toward reconciliation, unity and independent reunification.

The group has kicked up the anti-DPRK confrontation racket and war moves from the outset of the year, making provocative remarks, staging live-firing artillery drill and other war games and scattering leaflets. Some days ago, it let Chon Yong U, chief for diplomacy and security of Chongwadae, spin out sophism to justify Lee's confrontation policy.

The Lee group committed heinous crimes against the nation in the last five years of its office. Not content with them, it is still trying to further aggravate the north-south relations and ignite a war.

Its last-ditch efforts have enraged the army and people of the DPRK.

Jo Chang Ho, 43, a citizen of Pyongyang, told KCNA:

"History knows no such vicious and stupid confrontation maniac as rat-like Lee Myung Bak and his group.

There is a limit to our magnanimity and patience. The rattish Lee group of traitors should be punished without mercy as it persistently stands against the interests of the nation and its reunification."
