As a master of President Kim Il Sung's leadership art, he gave flawless answers to the theoretical and practical matters concerning the leadership art.

He had written a number of works on leadership art, including "Let Us Make Party Work Thorough Work with People", since he began working at the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea in the 1960s.

In particular, he systemized the leadership method and art as part of the constitution of the Juche idea at a national meeting of party information workers held on Feb. 19, 1974. He stressed that the leadership art of Juche is mass-based, revolutionary, scientific and encyclopedic one.

He defined the working method of Juche, established by President Kim Il Sung, as Kim Il Sung's style of work and gave a profound scientific exposition of its features.

He set forth the slogan "We Serve the People!" and always urged the officials to be faithful servants for the popular masses.

He also led the officials to equip themselves with intense loyalty and devotion to the party, the leader and the masses as well as noble virtues and popular working style.
