Contributors to Successful Satellite Launch Tour Pyongyang Folklore Park
Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- The scientists, technicians, workers and officials who contributed to the successful satellite launch toured the Pyongyang Folklore Park on Saturday.

Its employees warmly welcomed them with bunches of flowers.

They were briefed on the fact that the Pyongyang Folklore Park was successfully built on a vast area at the foot of Mt. Taesong thanks to the deep love of leader Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un for the country and the nation.

They admired the wisdom and skills of the ancestors, looking round miniatures of mausoleums of successive kings in Korea -- Tangun, Tongmyong and Wang Kon -- and Sokkul Grotto and Chomsongdae.

Viewing structures of reduced sizes in the modern area such as the Tower of the Juche Idea, Arch of Triumph, Grand People's Study House and the Chollima Statue, they recalled with deep emotion the proud years during which the Korean people have achieved victory and glory, holding the peerlessly great men in high esteem.

At various dwelling houses dating back to the period of Korean feudal dynasty in the folklore village area they tasted Pyongyang cold noodles, tangogi soups and mung-bean pancakes which were prepared according to the cooking methods in that period.
