Minju Joson Hits Out at S. Korean "2012 Defense White Paper"
Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- The Lee Myung Bak group in south Korea has issued a "2012 white paper on defense".

Minju Joson Thursday in a bylined commentary dismisses the release of the white paper as a high treason that sells off the sovereignty and dignity of the country and nation to outside forces and as a useless deed of a prostitute complaining her plight.

What is serious is that the white paper defined the "northern limit line" as "the substantial maritime boundary between the north and the south", the commentary says, and goes on:

This is the first "white paper on defense" in which the northern limit line is specified as "the maritime boundary". The south Korean puppet forces are insisting that it is their "official stand". The group of traitors of south Korea does not hide its vicious intention to spark off a conflict by maintaining the illegal bogus boundary.

South Korea's "policy on national defense" aims at sparking off an armed conflict to provoke an all-out war with the DPRK and this is reflected in the "white paper". The "white paper" is just a product of the desperate efforts of the group of Lee Myung Bak who is as good as dead in the face of a flurry of denunciation and rejection inside and outside.

The reason that the group of traitors is so keen on escalating the confrontation with the compatriots in the closing days of its office is that it seeks to make the new regime follow the track of invading the DPRK that they have covered.

Due to these confrontation maniacs, the inter-Korean relations get worse and the danger of war looms.

The new regime's stand and attitude towards the "white paper on defense" will help one judge whether the new regime desires the improvement of the inter-Korean relations or the confrontation with the compatriots.

If the new regime stands for the former, it should not follow in the footsteps of the Lee group.
