Important Anniversaries of DPRK Marked in Bangladesh, Benin

| Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- The Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea and the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea made public statements on Dec. 19 to mark the 21st anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of the supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the first anniversary of the dear respected Kim Jong Un's assumption of the supreme commandership of the KPA. The Bangladesh institute in its statement said that Kim Jong Il's assumption of the KPA supreme commandership was the historic event of great significance in developing the revolutionary armed forces of Korea and accomplishing the cause of socialism. The KPA led by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un is further displaying the might of the invincible revolutionary army, it added. The Benin national committee in its statement said as follows: On the first day this year Marshal Kim Jong Un visited Seoul Ryu Kyong Su 105 Guards Tank Division of the KPA, which was visited by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il many times. Since then he made a long journey for Songun all the year round. "Immediate counterattack to provocation, just war for national reunification to a war of aggression!" this reflects his courage and pluck. He is the symbol of eternal victory of the Korean people and other progressives. |
