Kim Jong Il Praised by Foreign Media
Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Foreign newspapers carried special write-ups in the period from Dec. 15 and 17 to mark the first anniversary of demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and the 21st anniversary of his assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army.

The Russian paper Komsomolskaya Pravda No. 189 carried several articles under the caption "Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Il Will Be Immortal" accompanied by a portrait of the smiling leader and photos on his revolutionary activities.

The article "Kim Jong Il Is Master of Leadership Art" referred in detail to his personality as a great man and his exploits.

The Mongolian paper Zuuny Medee carried several articles illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il and photos of him inspecting units of the Korean People's Army together with the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

The paper in the article titled "DPRK's Faith" conveyed the news that the Korean people commemorated the anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il in deep reverence, saying that they were not just seized with grief but had firm faith that he is always alive.

The Indian paper Indian and World Event said in an article that patriotism Kim Jong Il cherished and embodied in practice is the noblest and peculiar one which can go only with his august name.

The Indian paper Tourism Era introduced the efforts of Kim Jong Il who worked heart and soul for the improved people's living standard, believing in the people as in Heaven all his life.

The paper said Kim Jong Il is always remembered by the Korean people and his august name will shine for all ages.

The Hungarian paper Liberation carried an article titled "Comrade Kim Jong Il Is Alive in the Hearts of the Korean People".
