Kim Jong Un Visits Kumsusan Palace of Sun
Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Marshal of the DPRK Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA), visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun at 00:00 on Monday to pay tribute to great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

He was accompanied by Choe Ryong Hae, Jang Song Thaek, Hyon Yong Chol, Kim Kyok Sik, Pak To Chun, Kim Yong Chun, Hyon Chol Hae, Kim Won Hong, Ri Myong Su, Ju Kyu Chang, Kim Kyong Ok, Choe Pu Il, Jo Kyong Chol, Pak Jong Chon, Ri Pyong Chol, Kim Yong Chol, Yun Jong Rin and other officials of the Central Military Commission of the WPK and the NDC of the DPRK and commanding officers of the KPA.

Among the visitors were those scientists, technicians, workers and officials who made contributions to the successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2.

The service personnel and people of the DPRK greeted the 21st anniversary of General Scretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of the supreme commandership of the KPA at a stirring time when the whole country and nation are greatly pleased and excited with the successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2, an event to be specially recorded in the 5 000-year-long history of the nation and an auspicious event for all the people.

Kim Jong Un entered the hall where the statues of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are standing.

A floral basket in the name of Kim Jong Un was laid before the statues.

He together with the participants paid tribute to them in humble reverence.

Then he entered the hall of immortality where Kim Il Sung lies in state.

He together with the participants made bows to Kim Il Sung in deep reverence.

He went round the room where the orders Kim Il Sung received are preserved, the mourning hall and the hall where the train and car used by him are on display.

Then he entered the hall of immortality where Kim Jong Il lies in state.

He together with the participants made bows to Kim Jong Il in deep reverence.

He went round the room where the orders Kim Jong Il received are preserved and the hall where a car, electric car, boat and train used by him are on display.
