Seeing the satellite lifting off to space, Koreans in the U.S. fully felt the pride and self-confidence as members of the Korean nation.

The right to the satellite launch is no one's possession. It is nonsensical for the U.S., Japan and other hostile forces to describe the north's satellite launch as a "missile launch" and "provocation".

This is a very dangerous act of screwing up the tensions on the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S., which launched satellites for military purposes, is taking issue with the north which launched scientific and technological satellite to use space for peaceful purposes. This shows who screws up the tensions and who defends peace.

The north has demonstrated its might by successfully launching the satellite despite the U.S. persistent sanctions and moves to stifle it, the commentary stressed.
