DPRK's Successful Satellite Launch Hailed Abroad
Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- Foreigners hailed the DPRK's successful launch of the second version of satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 on Wednesday and Thursday.

Nurdin Purnomo, chairman of the National Leading Council of the Diversity Party of Indonesia, said in a statement the DPRK deserves high appraisal for its success in the launch of the satellite which was manufactured with its own technology.

He hoped the DPRK would continue to make further progress in the scientific researches into space development.

Basanta Kumar Shrestha, chairman of the International Committee for the Study of Songun Politics for Peaceful Reunification of Korea in Nepal, noted in a statement he was caught with admiration at another great achievement made by the DPRK in the space science and technology and recalled with deep emotion the feats of leader Kim Jong Il for the country's development.

He keenly felt the sagacious leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un and the validity of the Workers' Party of Korea's policy of giving importance to science and technology, the chairman said, extending full support and solidarity as regards the successful satellite launch.

Shapril Arsiyad, chairman of the Indonesian Federation of Transport Workers Unions, said in a statement:

The use of space for peaceful purposes was the legitimate right of every sovereign country and a matter pertaining to sovereignty. The U.S. and other forces hostile toward the DPRK should not take issue with the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

This satellite launch significantly contributed to the development of the economy, science and technology of the DPRK and the global peace and security.

Anders Kristensen, chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, in a statement said the peaceful use of space would positively contribute to the DPRK's economic development.

Peruvians of various social strata visited the DPRK embassy in Lima to congratulate the Korean people on the successful satellite launch.

The chairman of the committee for remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il in Peru, said he was greatly pleased to see the hostile forces like the U.S., Japan and south Korea being caught in chaos after hearing the news of the successful satellite launch by the DPRK.

The secretary general of the Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea said:

The launch was a shining fruition of the energetic Songun leadership of Kim Jong Un who is determined to certainly carry out Kim Jong Il's plan for building a thriving nation.

The DPRK will stay unfazed despite the U.S. and its allies' big fusses and continue to launch satellites. The DPRK won another victory in the anti-imperialist and ant-U.S. struggle.

The chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said the DPRK's successful satellite launch was a historic event which proved again that socialism will eventually emerge victorious whereas imperialism will meet an inevitable ruin.
