Under the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un the Korean people have displayed perfect nature and courage in dynamically advancing toward the building of a thriving nation, it said.

Availing himself of this opportunity, the president of Democratic Congo reaffirmed his will to expand and develop the relations of friendship and cooperation which the two countries are happy with, it noted.

Wishing Kim Jong Un greater success in his work for the happiness and progress of the Korean people, the message extended high respects to him.
