Kim Jong Il Remembered Abroad
Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- Remembrance meetings took place in Russia, Pakistan, the Czech Republic and Spain between November 23 and December 3 on the occasion of the first anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

Speakers including the chief editor of the Russian paper Patriot referred to the sacred revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il and expressed conviction that the DPRK will shed its rays as a thriving country envied by the world as it is led by the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

Personages of Pakistan in their report and speeches lauded the feats Kim Jong Il performed for the Korean revolution and the world revolution, praising him for consolidating the DPRK as an impregnable socialist fortress by pursuing the Songun politics.

The chairperson of the Kutna Hora County Committee of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia sincerely wished the Korean people success in the efforts to implement the behests of Kim Jong Il under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The chief of the Catalonia Branch of the Communist Party of the People of Spain evinced the resolution to fully support the just struggle of the Korean people to build a thriving nation and achieve national reunification.
