Man Convicted of Espionage under "Yusin" Dictatorship Declared Not Guilty
Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- The "yusin" dictatorial forces convicted Kim Jung Thae, Korean student from Japan, of espionage decades ago but he was declared not guilty, according to KBS of south Korea on Dec. 7.

In 1976, the "yusin" dictatorial forces arrested Kim Jung Thae who was studying at Seoul National University at that time. They put him to all sorts of torture to wrest from him a false confession that he joined an organization under the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and conducted activities before infiltrating into south Korea at the instruction of the north. In the end they cooked up a new spying case.

At that time he sent his final statement claiming his innocence to the court authorities. But they took such a fascist action as sentencing him to 10 years in jail on the fabricated charges.

The continued disclosure of conspiratorial cases cooked up by the Park Chung-Hee dictatorial regime in south Korea these days bring to light the harsh nature of the military fascist rule and its criminal actions to escalate the confrontation with compatriots.
