Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were officials of the committee including Vice-Chairman Ri Sok Chol and from the Nigerian side the delegation of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission headed by Executive Secretary Mustafa Bello and Nigerian Ambassador to the DPRK Nwofe Alexander as well as staff members of the embassy.
