Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Demise Commemorated by Russian Internet Homepage
Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- Mega Mir, an internet homepage of Russia, specially posted several articles illustrated with photos of general secretary Kim Jong Il's revolutionary activities on Nov. 29 in the run-up to the first anniversary of his demise.

The homepage in an article titled "Leader Kim Jong Il is immortal" said the world lost the most outstanding great man.

It went on:

Kim Jong Il was the greatest man, indeed.

He died on a running train due to his extreme mental and physical stress while working hard for bringing happiness to the people, his strong desire.

The history does not know such popular leader as Kim Jong Il who dedicated all his life to the people.

The homepage said in an article titled "Tears of the Korean people":

The sad news of the demise of Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into a sea of wailing people all of a sudden.

What did the tears of the Korean people mean as they touched the world so much?

For the Korean people Kim Jong Il was not only a great leader but tender-hearted father without whom they could hardly live even a moment.

Kim Jong Il represented the destiny and happiness of the Korean people as they regarded the spirit of devotedly defending the leader as their faith, singing the song "No Motherland without You."

The Korean people will hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem forever and accomplish his idea and cause.
