Disclosure of Truth about Secret Dealings with U.S. Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Democracy, People's Life, Peaceful Reunification and Sovereignty of south Korea issued a commentary on Nov. 27 demanding the disclosure of the truth about secret dealings between traitor Lee Myung Bak and the U.S.

The commentary referred to endless stories now afloat in south Korea that Lee Myung Bak has had a lot of secret dealings with the U.S. during his office.

Right after his coming to power Lee totally allowed the imports of U.S. beef at the talks with the U.S. chief executive, the commentary disclosed, adding that right before the "presidential" inauguration he discussed the matter with the U.S. ambassador to south Korea.

Recalling that the Lee Myung Bak "government" badly needed the help of the U.S. as regards the "Cheonan" warship incident in 2010, etc., the commentary noted that Lee renegotiated even the articles which were hurdles in the U.S. way of concluding the "Free Trade Agreement."

The dealing which Lee tried to hastily clinch for the conclusion of FTA in return for the U.S. gesture of hushing up BBK stock price fabrication was disclosed by U.S. media, the commentary said, and continued:

The military field remains skeptical. After the first round of talks with the U.S. chief executive, Lee cried out for strengthening the 21st century strategic alliance. The then U.S. secretary of State pressurized south Korea to make a decision on its involvement in the missile defense system, the introduction of U.S.-made weapons, dispatch of troops overseas and increase of the upkeep for the U.S. forces in south Korea. This is just the tip of the iceberg of Lee's secret dealings with the U.S.

There is the story that the Lee regime signed a contract on the purchase of U.S-made weapons in a bid to fill up the gap in the U.S. defense spending to the tune of 14 000 billion won caused due to its economic crisis.

The commentary urged Lee Myung Bak and the U.S. chief executive to thoroughly probe the truth about the above-said dealings.
