Kim Jong Il Is Alive in Hearts of People: Foreign Newspapers
Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- Russian and Pakistani newspapers carried special issues with the approach of the first anniversary of the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The Russian paper Vladivostok on Nov. 28 carried an article titled "Faith of Korea" with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il with his unique Songun politics defended the destiny of the nation from the imperialist allied forces' moves for aggression and laid a strong foundation for building a thriving nation, the article said, and went on:

He opened up the bright prospect for reunification of Korea after making sure that the historic June 15 North-South Joint Declaration and the October 4 declaration were adopted.

He energetically worked for the victory of the human cause of independence and people's happiness to the last moments of his life. He passed away on a train for field guidance by the mental and physical overwork. Such a leader is alive in the hearts of the people forever.

The dear respected Kim Jong Un of the DPRK is the great leader who is identical to Kim Jong Il in the idea, leadership and traits.

He is regarding as his mission to faithfully accomplish the cause of Kim Jong Il. He is enjoying boundless reverence and confidence from the people by victoriously leading the revolution and construction with his extraordinary ideological and theoretical activities and warm love for the people.

Under his leadership the harmonious whole of society has become stronger in the DPRK, and the country is fully displaying the might as a political and military power.

The Pakistani paper Baluchistan Times on Nov. 25 carried an article introducing the party building exploits of Kim Jong Il.
