Namibian President Meets WPK Delegation
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- Hifikepunye Pohamba, president of Namibia and president of the South West Africa People's Organizational Party, expressed the will to further develop the friendly and cooperative relations between his party and the Workers' Party of Korea and between the two countries when he met a delegation of the WPK.

He had a friendly talk with the WPK delegation headed by Department Director of the WPK Central Committee Ri Yong Su, which was taking part in the 5th Congress of the South West Africa People's Organizational Party, on Nov. 30.

The Namibian president said the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries have forged since the period of struggle of the Namibian people for national liberation.

President of the DPRK Kim Il Sung fully supported the just cause of the Namibian people, he said.

He added he is pleased with the fact that the Korean people are achieving great successes in building a thriving nation with the dear respected Kim Jong Un at the top posts of the party, state and army of the DPRK.
