Shock Brigade Members from across Country Leave to Reclaim Sepho Tableland
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Working people in different parts of the country volunteered to join shock brigades for undertaking a grand nature-harnessing project in Sepho, Phyonggang and Ichon areas in Kangwon Province and are now leaving for their destination.

They will create tens of thousands hectares of pasture, reclaim fields for radish, girasol and sugar beet cultivation and build big stock-breeding bases, dwelling houses, etc. in Sepho area.

Prior to their departure the members of the North Hamgyong Provincial Shock Brigade laid a floral basket and bouquets before the statue of President Kim Il Sung in Phohang District, Chongjin City and paid tribute to him.

Meetings for departure of the members of the North Hamgyong and South Phyongan Provincial shock brigades took place on Sunday.

Working people and schoolchildren warmly congratulated the members of the shock brigades determined to turn Sepho tableland into a large-scale stock-breeding base and socialist land of bliss by taking part in the large nature-harnessing project in the new century of Juche.

Members of shock brigades from North Phyongan, South Hwanghae, South Hamgyong and Jagang provinces and other parts of the country left for their destination with great enthusiasm to bring about miracles and innovations in the gigantic nature-harnessing project.
