Rodong Sinmun Exposes U.S. Sinister Purpose of Its Policy of Tightening Alliance
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, a spokesman for the U.S. State Department expressed "concern" over the friction between south Korea and Japan on the issue of Tok Islets, underscoring the "importance of alliance" among the U.S., Japan and south Korea.

Rodong Sinmun Monday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is part of propaganda offensive to knock into shape the triangular military alliance by tightening the relations between Japan and south Korea and to carry out the Asia-Pacific strategy including the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. tries to realize its ambition to dominate the world through its aggressive Asia-Pacific strategy.

For doing so, the U.S. requires tighter control over Japan and south Korea, its servants. The relations between Tokyo and Seoul are, however, gradually getting cool.

If this situation is allowed to go on, it may scuttle the U.S plan to establish domination over this region. Herein lies the very reason why the U.S. is so much vociferous about the "importance of triangular alliance."

The U.S. policy of tightening the alliance reveals its scenario for a proxy war.

The recent remarks made by the spokesman for the U.S. State Department underlining the need to knock into shape the alliance among the U.S., Japan and south Korea for cooperation in the aspect of the policy toward the DPRK are aimed at further stepping up the moves to ignite a war against the north.

The U.S. would be well advised to stop running riot, clearly mindful that its moves to tighten its military nexus for aggression would get it nowhere.
