Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- The DPRK is set to reclaim Sepho Tableland in Kangwon Province into a large-scale comprehensive stock-breeding base.

Members of the Pyongyang city shock brigade left here on Saturday to take part in the project.

Prior to their departure the members laid a floral basket and bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill and paid tribute to them.

A starting meeting of the members of the shock brigade took place at Kim Il Sung Square.

Mun Kyong Dok, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK, in his speech said that it is the first large nature-harnessing project in the new 100 year history of Juche to turn Sepho Tableland into a large-scale stock-breeding base and the earthly paradise of socialism.

He called upon the commanding officers and members of the shock brigade to create new miracles and innovations in the project.

At the end of the meeting working people congratulated the members of the shock brigade.
