Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were members of the DPRK government economic delegation led by Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Myong San and Ri Hyok Chol, DPRK ambassador to Egypt, and from the Egyptian side were officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including a vice-foreign minister.
