S. Korean Regime Accused of Extending Troop Re-dispatch to Afghanistan
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The Citizen's Solidarity for Democratic Society of south Korea in a commentary on Sunday accused the "government" authorities of contemplating extending the re-dispatch of troops to Afghanistan.

The defense committee of the "National Assembly" passed a motion calling for extending the troop re-dispatch on Nov. 9, the commentary said, adding:

The "government" requested a budget to the tune of more than 5 billion won, claiming that the unit in Afghanistan made a great contribution to reconstruction there.

But a series of rocket attacks on the unit prove that its activities are quite different from assistance to civilians.

The south Korean regime deserves condemnation as it schemes to extend the troop re-dispatch at a time when the moves of other countries to withdraw their troops from Afghanistan gain momentum.

The commentary demanded the repeal of the motion which lacks any validity.
