Foreigners, Overseas Koreans Visit Statues

Pyongyang, November 13 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the General Administration of Sports of China and other foreign guests and overseas Koreans including a delegation of officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) led by Kim Tong Ju, section chief of its Central Standing Committee, and a delegation of Korean women in Russia headed by Jong Il Sim, advisor to the United Confederation of Koreans in Russia, visited the statues of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on Tuesday to pay respects.

The visitors laid bouquets before the statues and made bows.

The delegation of officials of Chongryon arrived here on the same day. Also arriving here on Tuesday was the delegation of Korean women in Russia to take part in the 4th National Meeting of Mothers.
