| Pyongyang, November 10 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a congratulatory message to Mankeur Ndiaye on his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Senegalese of Senegal on Friday. Expressing belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would favorably develop in the days ahead, Pak wished him success in his new job. |
