The president noted that the Korean people are sincerely pleased to see the Cambodian people registering great success in their efforts for safeguarding the sovereignty of the country and achieving the prosperity of the nation under the outstanding leadership of the king and government of Cambodia.

He sincerely wished the king good health and well-being and the Cambodian people progress and prosperity, hoping that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between two countries would get stronger over time.
