Active Forestry Workers Visit Mangyongdae
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- The participants in the meeting of active forestry workers visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.

They laid bouquets and flowers before the graves of President's grandparents Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik and parents Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok before paying silent tribute to them.

After visiting the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, they called at the old home of the President.

They looked round historic relics preserved there, being briefed on the revolutionary career of the President and patriotic and revolutionary family members in Mangyongdae.

They also toured the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong.

They laid bunches of flowers before the bust of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese war hero.

They also went to the Central Tree Nursery, Pyongyang Folk Park and National House of Class Education. They enjoyed acrobatic performances at the Pyongyang Circus Theater and the Pothonggang Circus Theater.
