Anti-"Yusin" Movement Gaining Momentum in S. Korea: News Analyst
Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- The spirit of opposing the revival of "yusin" dictatorship is mounting in south Korea.

Shortly ago, there was the preview of a film criticizing the infamous "yusin" system of traitor Park Chung Hee in the "National Assembly" building on the recommendation of an opposition party member.

The film dealing with tortures practiced against a deceased opposition party member during the "yusin" dictatorial system produced a big splash during the Pusan Film Festival in early October, too.

It has become a trend in south Korea to produce and screen films exposing and denouncing not only the "yusin" dictator but the remnants of the dictatorship and those forces standing for its revival.

Among them is one denouncing Chun Doo Hwan and Roh Tae Woo, remnants of the "yusin" dictatorship who brutally massacred participants in the Kwangju Popular Uprising.

Another film reveals the story about the suspicious collusion between the Lee Myung Bak puppet regime and a multinational business company.

The films helped the south Koreans and the democratic forces to know better about fascist dictatorship, the human rights abuses and corruption and irregularities committed by the "yusin" dictator and remnants of the dictatorship and encouraged them to kick off diverse activities against the revival of the "yusin" dictatorship.

Dozens of lawmakers from such opposition parties as the Democratic Unified Party and the Unified Progressive Party jointly proposed the adoption of a resolution declaring the "yusin" constitution null and void.

In the resolution they denounced traitor Park Chung Hee's May 16 military coup which violated the spirit of the April 19 popular uprising. They also declared null and void both the contents and form of the "yusin" constitution that was enacted in 1972.

On October 25, a U.S.-residing south Korean scribbled red letters reading "criminal who violated constitution" on the wall of "Park Chung Hee Memorial", making the spectators feeling relieved.

Demonstrations are under way one after another to strongly oppose the revival of the dictatorship with the attendance of political and social figures and a wide segment of people.

The progressive media also release non stop articles denouncing and jeering the successive fascist dictators and the "Saenuri Party" which defend the "yusin" system.

The puppet group and the paid media, much upset by this, are making such rhetoric that culture and arts are being affected by politics and the film does not hide politically motivated intention. They are producing videos openly praising traitor Park Chung Hee while branding the forces standing against the "yusin" dictatorship as "forces following the north" in a bid to benumb the fighting awareness of the south Koreans. But it is nothing but a useless act.

With nothing can they check the south Koreans' just struggle against the revival of the "yusin" dictatorship.
