S. Korean "Saenuri Party" Has Revealed Its Conservative Nature: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, November 6 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago the "Saenuri Party" of south Korea staged a farce of merging with the "United Party for Progress", an ultra-right conservative party. Joining in this move are conservative parties including the "Party for People's Happiness".

Meanwhile, the conservative group is persistently talking about the issue of "northern limit line" and branding opposition parties as "forces giving up territorial sovereignty" and "forces following the north veiled with progress", kicking up confrontation hysteria against the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This tells that the "Saenuri Party" has made a full switchover to conservative politics after throwing off its mask.

The party, finding itself in an unfavorable position in the run-up to the "presidential election", is seeking a way out of it in achieving a great conservative alliance.

In a word, the "Saenuri Party" is like a dumping ground of corrupt politics as it groups despicable conservative politicians who do not hesitate to betray the country and the nation and abandon their dignity and principle like a pair of old shoes in quest of success, fame and self-interests.

The clan of the party has long made a gesture for "change". This is, however, nothing but sleight of hand to cover up its despicable true colors as traitors, win popularity among the people and put into practice its scenario to stay in power.

The reckless moves of the party clearly suggest that in case this party of traitors stays in power, it will certainly follow in the preceding criminals' footsteps.

The south Koreans who witnessed the disgusting policies pursued by traitor Lee Myung Bak for five years of his office do not want to see the conservative group's unpopular policies any longer.

The "Saenuri Party" is bound to meet its miserable end.
