Minju Joson U.S. behind Japanese Politics
Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- An ex-director of the information analysis department of the Japanese Foreign Ministry in his book "Truth behind Post-war History", which was published some time ago, gave a detailed account of the U.S. intervention and wirepulling of the Japanese politics.

It says that the U.S. liquidated all the Japanese prime ministers who pursued an independent external policy, insisting on boosting the relations with neighboring countries, and turned the Japanese politics into one serving the U.S. interests.

Minju Joson in a bylined commentary Thursday says that this proves that the U.S. is a wirepuller of the Japanese politics.

It goes on:

Japanese politicians are unable to shape policies in accordance with the will and demands of the local people and, if they pay the least heed to the demands of the U.S., they are bound to be short-lived.

Yukio Hatoyama, who assumed the office as prime minister in June 2010, had to resign 9 months after his assumption of office because he pursued an "independent line" away from the policy of submission to the U.S. which is twisting Japan around its little figure, keeping a tight hold on Japan in political, economic, military and diplomatic aspects. This is the true picture of the U.S.-Japan relations.

Very pity is the position of Japanese politicians who are serving their U.S. master.

The U.S. should be aware of this, though. Its hegemonic policy will be of short duration and, in the long run, end in failure.
