Islet Village Schoolchildren Visit Pyongyang
Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- Schoolchildren from Islet villages on the forefront area in the West Sea of Korea visited Pyongyang.

In August the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un went to island defence detachments in the biggest hotspots in the southernmost tip of the southwestern front to show deep loving care for the servicepersons and military families and took a measure for the schoolchildren to visit Pyongyang.

On October 21 the schoolchildren visited the statues of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill.

They toured Mangyongdae Arch of Triumph, Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong, Three-revolution Exhibition, Korean Central History Museum, Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace, apartment houses in Changjon Street and other places.

At the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Memorial Tower they hardened their resolve to protect the socialist homeland with arms.

Everywhere they go, citizens and officials of the capital city warmly welcomed them.

They spent a pleasant time at the Amusement Park in the Kaeson Youth Park, Taesongsan Funfair, Central Zoo and Rungna Dolphinarium and took meals at Okryu, Chongryu and other restaurants.

At writings and art pieces presentations they talked about the pride and honor of having the Marshal as their fatherly leader and expressed determination to prepare themselves to be servicepersons.

On Tuesday they left here amidst the warm send-off from the Mangyongdae Study Tour Lodging House officials and teachers.
