The gift was conveyed to Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and its secretary, on Monday by Zdenek Levy, chairman of the Central Arbitration Commission and head of the delegation of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia, on a visit to the DPRK.
