The exercise is a very dangerous saber-rattling to provoke an all-out war against the north.

What should not be overlooked is that the exercise is being staged at a time when the puppet group has become evermore undisguised in its moves for a war against the north.

To cite just a few examples, in the wake of their announcement of "missile guidance agreement" for aggression, the south Korean warmongers worked out a new operational plan for "four-phase three-dimensional strike," i.e., preemptive attack upon the DPRK, and are now closeted with their American master over the issue of taking over the right to use weapons possessed by the U.S. and exercising it.

What merited particular attention was that in the run-up to the exercise, Lee appeared on Yonphyong Island for the first time since he came to power and cried out for "preserving the northern limit line" and making "punishment", kicking up confrontation hysteria. The Lee group is now busy holding anti-DPRK confabs with the U.S. almost every day.

A war may break out on the Korean Peninsula anytime.

The prevailing situation goes to prove once again in the eyes of the world who is disturbing peace and bringing a war to the peninsula.
