Fitness Centre in Thongil Street
Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) -- A fitness centre was built in a fashionable way in Thongil Street in Pyongyang.

The centre comprising three-storey and five-storey buildings boasts of both the utility and artistry.

The three-storey round building is clad with glasses, each floor installed with various kinds of fitness facilities. Its first and second floors are connected with spiral staircases.

The five-storey building with two elevators houses soft drinks service rooms, with a table-tennis hall on its fourth floor.

The two buildings are linked with several passages.

The centre is equipped with a total of more than 100 up-to-date body-building apparatuses in 60 kinds. It also provides healthcare services, including infrared treatment. Under-water supersonic waves are also available at the centre.

The centre was built on the initiative of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

Originally, it was under construction for other purpose. But, he saw to it that it was turned into a fitness centre.

In September this year, he visited the centre ready to open and gave detailed instructions for its operation.
