U.S.-Japan-S. Korea Conspiracy and Tie-up under Fire
Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- Apparatchiks of the south Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade had tripartite high-level negotiations with those of the U.S. and Japan in Tokyo on Oct. 17 at which they discussed cooperation in confrontation with the DPRK, talking about the "nuclear issue of the north". Earlier, the Lee Myung Bak group invited the U.S. deputy secretary of State to south Korea to have a confab with him over "security" on the Korean Peninsula. They agreed to intensify cooperation in invading the north.

Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a bylined commentary says in this regard:

The evermore tightened conspiracy and tie-up among the U.S., Japan and south Korea against the DPRK are a dangerous move to work out a new provocative scenario to drive the situation in the peninsula into an extreme pitch of tension.

It is by no means fortuitous that the Lee group is locked in confabs with the U.S. and Japan for cooperation in the stand-off with the DPRK while getting frantic with military provocations and war maneuvers against the DPRK. This clearly proves that the south Korean puppet group's scenario for a war of aggression against the north has entered into the phase of full-dress implementation.

The puppet forces are working hard to realize their scenario for invading the north through cooperation with foreign forces, regarding the catastrophic situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula due to their military provocations as a good pretext for building public opinion on the "threat from the north" and justifying and intensifying their moves for a war against the north.

Intolerable are the despicable moves of the Lee group to boost cooperation with foreign forces and do harm to fellow countrymen.

Neither close cooperation with foreign forces nor frantic moves for a war against the north would help the Lee group find a way out. No matter how desperately the group may work, it can never escape a stern judgment of history.
