Kim Jong Un Receives Message from Chinese Leaders

Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- The dear respected Kim Jong Un, Kim Yong Nam and Choe Yong Rim received a reply message from Hu Jintao, general-secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, and Wen Jiabao, premier of the State Council, on Tuesday.

The message said:

We express our sincere thanks for your warm congratulations on the 63rd anniversary of the People's Republic of China.

The traditional Sino-DPRK friendship is a precious treasure common to both peoples as it was forged and cultivated with care by the leaders of the elder generation of the two countries.

It is our belief that under the new situation and in the new era the Sino-DPRK friendship would make fresh and steady development full of new dynamism and vitality and bring the peoples of the two countries greater wellbeing.
