Otete Gaston Mboyo, deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Democratic Congo, said:

Peerless patriot President Kim Il Sung, father of the great Juche idea, founded the WPK, a genuine people's political body, on Oct. 10 in 1945 just after the liberation of Korea from the brigandish Japanese imperialists.

He developed the WPK into the popular party which firmly protects the interests of all Koreans and enjoys absolute support and trust, with insight into the importance of the position and role of the party in the revolutionary struggle.

October 8 this year marks the 15th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the WPK.

He built a socialist power with his original Songun politics.

In April the Korean people held Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal general secretary of the WPK and elected the dear respected Kim Jong Un as its first secretary.

The WPK is advancing towards the victory in the Juche cause under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, as it is led by Kim Jong Un.

Kurbonzyon Mirzoyeva, member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan, said Kim Jong Il always settled all the problems arising in the revolution and construction by awakening people ideologically with firm conviction in their strength.
